Shipping policy

• Voluntary Uploads: By uploading any images, graphics, or designs to our website, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you do so entirely by your own free will and under your own responsibility.
• Design Integrity: We process all uploaded files exactly as received. No modifications or editing will be made to your images or designs unless you explicitly request custom editing services during the order process.

• Kuwait Delivery: Orders shipped within Kuwait are estimated to arrive within 3 to 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• GCC Delivery: Orders shipped to Gulf countries are estimated to arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• الرفع الطوعي: عند رفع أي صور، أو رسومات، أو تصاميم إلى موقعنا الإلكتروني، فإنك تقر وتوافق تماماً بأنك تقوم بذلك بإرادتك الحرة الكاملة وعلى مسؤوليتك الشخصية.
• سلامة التصميم: نحن نقوم بمعالجة جميع الملفات المرفوعة تماماً كما تم استلامها. لن يتم إجراء أي تعديلات أو تحرير على صورك أو تصاميمك ما لم تطلب أنت ذلك صراحةً أثناء عملية الطلب.

• التوصيل داخل الكويت: يُقدر وقت وصول الطلبات المشحونة داخل دولة الكويت خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
• التوصيل لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي: يُقدر وقت وصول الطلبات المشحونة إلى دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي (GCC) خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل من تاريخ تأكيد الطلب.
